How is our Imperial Art Curriculum developed? 

At Imperial we recognise that the teaching of Art provides a significant contribution to pupils’ development. Through teaching art at Imperial Avenue Infant School, children will be able to express their own creativity and unique artistic flare. All children will be confident enough to express their opinion about a piece of artwork and will be given opportunities to create their own artwork. Our school values the importance of teaching children new skills and knowledge at every opportunity and ensuring to provide a variety of opportunities to learn more, remember more and apply more within our lessons. Our Art curriculum is planned in line with the National Curriculum.
